OTL STAFFING was formed in Summer 2021, we’re a small company with more than 20 years’ experience combined within the events and hospitality industry.

Within our time in the industry and experiences, our team are dedicated to helping businesses in the hospitality and event industry and provide experienced, skilled, talented and reliable staff they required to run their operations and logistics smoothly.

Our staff have worked at over 40 venues based in London and outer London including Royal Historical Palaces, Museums, Windsor Castle, Old Billingsgate, Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, galleries and more. We have had the pleasure of taking part in projects and events throughout the year, especially in the peak of summer and winter.

We understand the importance of having a strong, experienced, trained and professional back of house team, and we are here to help provide you the right fit and calibre of staff.
