Kitchen Porter / General Assistant
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with the BOH kitchen preparation of food, beverage and equipment required. Responsible for maintaining kitchen organisation, cleanliness, basic food preparation (including washing up if necessary); ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to.
Warehouse Assistant
Assist the warehouse and logistics team ensuring items/equipment are packed and stored away correctly and your working space is clear.
Event Porters
Responsible for overall upkeep of the event with high standards of health & safety practices; Supporting food, beverage and kitchen teams, clearing waste, etc.
Driver Porters
Responsible for loading and transporting hired equipment; Aiding with setting up of events and packing away when the events are finished.
Back of House Manager
Able to adapt and put systems in place for a productive and effective service. Adept at generating the best performance from the team onsite, whilst working in conjunction with other event managers, security & suppliers to ensure a smooth event behind the scenes.
