A Back of House Manager consists of:

  • Being responsible for managing all Back of house staff, tasks and activities onsite. Adept at generating the best performance from the team onsite.
  • Responsible for being communicative amongst the team members as well as event management.
  • Experienced with larger scale events and has venue knowledge and understanding of rules while onsite.
  • Adapt and put systems in place when necessary to ensure smooth, productive service. Keeping the event flowing.
  • Can communicate with security and suppliers when necessary, especially during load ins/outs and collections/drop offs.
